Blanca Rosales-Ahn is the Founder and Executive Director of BRAHN Career Educational Consulting Services. She is a strategic professional with over 20 years of experience in Career and Leadership Development, Counseling, Education, Healthcare and Business Management. Blanca has extensive knowledge in assessment and program development for diverse populations. She earned her M.A.in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Student Affairs in higher education, and holds a B.S. in Business Management. In addition, she is a nationally Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS), a national credential that recognizes the contributions of professionals who have mastered a variety of coaching, advising, and consulting roles in the field of career services from the National Career Development Association (NCDA). She was President of New Jersey Career Development Association (NJ CDA) and New Jersey Employment Counseling Association (NJ ECA) and recently served as President of LUPE Fund, Inc.
She has also served on the Executive Boards of New Jersey American Council on Education of Women in Higher Education, Hispanic Association of College Employees, National Career Development Association (Professional Development Committee), New Jersey Counseling Association (NJCA) and United Way’s Hispanic Leadership Advisory Council among others.
Her areas of specialties include: Career Counseling, Career and Leadership Development, Facilitation of presentations and workshops on diverse topics including Interview Preparation, Job Search Strategies, Résumé and Cover Letter development.
